About the Journal
JIRME: Journal of Inovation and Research in Mathematics Education devoted to publishing and disseminating research, ideas, and aplication on mathematics education program. The journal is published by the Postgraduate of Mathematics Education, Universitas Islam Negeri Mataram half-yearly (Juni and Desember) since 2026. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. The journal employs an open peer review process to enhance transparency and trust in scientific publishing serves as a publication platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and post/graduate students who are interested in advancing knowledge and research in mathematics education.
Focus and Scope
Focus and scope journal is Innovation and Research in Mathematics Education, Specifically, it focuses on the mathematics education, literacy numerasi, mathematical conection, mathematics learning assessment and evaluation, mathematics learning technology, psychology of mathematics learning, ethnomathematics, the integration of mathematics and Islamic values, and STEM-based mathematics education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)

Peer Review Process
All articles submitted to this online journal are subject to peer-review processes. JIRME: Journal of Inovation and Research in Mathematics Education uses a double blind reviewer. The accepted research articles will be available online following the journal peer-reviewing process. The final decision whether or not an article is accepted is on the right of the editor-in-chief based on recommendations from the reviewers.

JIRME: Journal of Inovation and Research in Mathematics Education adopts an open-access policy. All published articles are freely accessible and may be downloaded without charge for academic, educational, and research purposes. JIRME: Journal of Inovation and Research in Mathematics Education is a peer-reviewed national journal, available in print and online and published twice a year. Publication Frequency
Our journal is published twice a year, in May-June and November-December, with approximately 6-10 articles per issue.
