[English]: This study aims to analyze the role of school leadership in promoting the continuous professional development of teachers at Public Elementary School (SDN) Candipari, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving the principal and teachers as research informants. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the principal plays an important role as a leader, motivator, facilitator, and supervisor in supporting teachers' professional development. Such support is demonstrated through providing guidance, opportunities to participate in training and workshops, conducting academic supervision, and strengthening teacher collaboration. Teacher professional development is supported by teacher motivation, effective communication, and principal support, while several challenges remain, including limited time, administrative workload, and differences in teachers' competency development needs. Consistent school leadership can create a professional learning environment that encourages continuous improvement in teacher competence and enhances the quality of learning.
